2014 Scottish Hydro National Player Development Camp | |
20 July 2014 Three Skye Camanachd players are attending this year’s Scottish Hydro National Player Development Camp which takes place at Strathallan School, Perth. Skye players James Pringle, John Gillies and Sean MacCallum will join more than seventy U17 players from across Scotland, from the Western Isles to Glasgow, to be put through their paces by some of Scotland’s top shinty coaches. Along with Camanachd Association Development team Ronald Ross, Russell Jones and Euan McMurdo, the coaching team will include Scotland goalkeeper Stuart MacKintosh, Camanachd Cup medal winner Fraser Inglis and Camanachd Association Youth Director Callum Duff. John Al Macaulay will cover fitness. The Camp is from Sunday 20 July 2014 to Thursday 24 July 2014 when presentations will be made to:
